I'm getting married!

So one of those amazing things that kept me away from this blog was my not-so-recent engagement to my now fiance, Tristan! To celebrate, my parents hosted a fun afternoon at Lucky Strike bowling alley with our extended family.

The occassion was catered, but I also whipped up some mini-cupcakes for dessert.

Vegan apple spice (eek - you should've seen the icing for this... It got all melty and lost its shape, but I fixed them up with some vanilla drizzle and I think they turned out the nicest in the end!)
